I needed climate controlled and when I saw the unit I had rented, I discovered it wasn't. He not only canceled my reservation but he checked the other sites to find what I needed. Great and friendly service.",

The Customer service has been great! Ryan was very polite and knowledgeable. I forgot to call to let him know I closed my storage unit and he took it upon himself to call me to remind me that I needed to close the account to avoid extra charges. The desk clerk was incredibly helpful—patiently walked me through the entire process step by step, especially how to use the access code and get in and out of the facility smoothly.\n\nRyan even took the time to double-check that I was satisfied with the unit and that it met my needs, which I really appreciated.\n\nI also found the price to be very reasonable, especially considering how convenient the setup is. And that's because of the deal that was offered. All of the storage units are outdoors, which makes it super easy to pull up directly to your unit to unload or store items. The facility also looks secure, which gave me peace of mind.\n\nOverall, I’m very satisfied with my decision and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free storage experience!",

"text": "The unit I rented originally was very difficult to open and Ryan not only tried to lubricate the latch so it would open easier but when it was still too difficult for me he gave me a unit that was much easier for me to open which I very much appreciated as I have some problems with arthritis in my hands. "text": "I came in on Saturday 04/07 in a panic because I couldn't find my storage key for my unit. Jason & Cody were working Jason was on the phone & immediately Cody ask could he help I stated I misplaced my storage key & needed another one due to my computer plugs were in there & I needed them for work on Monday & also I needed to pay my bill Cody looked up my account & problem was solved Jason assisted as well as soon as he finished his call with replacing my lock GREAT TEAM WORK. They both could see the panic in my face & assisted quickly & efficiently not to mention professionally with a smile & NO judgement. I know they see this ALL the time but they were very understanding & reassured me it was ok. Jason is a gem, when I first got my unit I was moving & needed bubble wrap mind you it was almost 6 o'clock pm but Jason took the time & suggested the brown wrapping paper which was the better decision considering I was wrapping dishes. This Storage area is very clean Extremely Safe. I come at ALL times not to mention I have forgotten to properly lock my unit these Fine Gentlemen give me a call & remind me to come & secure my unit. It feels good knowing my items are safe & secure but also people that work there value US as the Customer & Our Personal Items. No Place I'd rather Be!! Thank You All So Much",

"text": "I never used the camper parking space but I rented it for months in case I needed it for my Airstream. Thankfully the people I bought it from are letting me keep it on their farm. However, I kept this space just in case. From starting to rent the space to closing out the rental, I've never been to this location. The staff made it extremely easy to arrange everything remotely. Polite, friendly, effective. They picked up phone and answered emails--a rare gem these days. Great place, great folks in the administrative department.",

"text": "I use this storage facility for about six months. I had no problems at all with access or customer service. The price of the storage is always more bc you have to insure your things inside. Remember you need to purchase your own lock as well. The storage units are older and they are not climate controlled. Overall, a very good place to keep your things. Just be sure to seal everything and cover your things. I would use them again if I need to but I would prefer a climate controlled inside unit. Best part was the very friendly customer service.",

They have excellent customer service skills etc and assisted me though out my rental stay. However the company’s pricing procedures were less than desirable.
