"text": "My car has spent the winter in one of the Extra Space storage units in Berwick, NH and I definitely recommend that place, very nice and clean and I got wonderful help from the manager who very kindly helped me restart my car after a failing battery would not start.\nUnfortunately, i had to cut short my staying in the unit by sudden unexpected rise in prices.",

"text": "I've used many storage facilities from Northwood to Rochester to south Berwick this is by far the cleanest but more importantly the most secure facility I've used. I'm not worried about items being stolen as I have had to at other facilities I foolishly used in the past such as SPARE BOX IN ROCHESTER that was completely useless when my unit was broken into but not nearly as bad as SAFE HARBOR STORAGE in LEBANON MAINE, hands down THE WORST STORAGE FACILITY I've ever used. I highly suggest you do not store anything of importance here for your you will notice your items turning up in the owners shop PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR located off 202 in Lebanon Maine. The owner is extremely shady knowing exactly what is in what units, personal items of mine were posted for sale in the shop and has a habit of when confronted on being a thief, calling the police to have you trespassed . Doesn't matter how many cameras any facility has (SAFE HARBOR HAS 0 WORKING CAMERAS) extra space is hands down the best facility, the only facility I trust my personal items at.",

Staff was friendly, but were never around like they were when we first rented, even during what the sign showed for open hours.",

I spoke with someone today named Pace or something like that (couldn’t really hear what he said his name was bc my kids in background of phone being loud) but he was very nice. I’ve never had any issues with the unit but I have only been here a few months. But I had a storage unit with same company in NH and they was double the price I pay and it was also half the size of the unit I have now. So the location on Berwick is very cheap.",

So I found this facility from Extra Space Storage in Berwick Maine which has the cheapest rate compare to other storages in the area. I booked my unit online and the process is very easy. I met with Steve the manager (owner?) of this facility and he is very nice and helpful on my first moving day. This facility seems new and safe. My unit is very clean and spacious.\nI definitely will rent here again",

"text": "I love this place. I rented here for roughly 15 months and never had any problems. The prices are very affordable. Stephen is wonderful to work with but I've talked with the other staff briefly and they seem very professional and easy to deal with.\n\nIf you are looking to rent a storage unit, I would use this Extra Space Storage. It's wide and open, not tiny and hard to maneuver. They even have space to store your RV or regular motor vehicles! Also, the hours are VERY flexible. It's one of the only storage facilities that are open till 10:00pm! That's great for someone like me who's work day can run from 8:00am to 8:00pm.\n\nDo yourself a favor, check them out. It's Extra Space Storage in Berwick, ME. Right on Rte 4. You won't be sorry.",

I had worried in the past about at storage facilities being dirty and pests from previous renters. I opened the door to my storage unit and it looked like I was the first person to ever use it. I have gone in past 9pm a few times and never felt unsafe. Very happy with my experience and I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing storage.",

"text": "Extra Space Storage is awesome! When I couldn’t figure out how to open our unit, the young woman working came right over and showed me the “trick” with the latch. The space is very clean and dry and just what we needed. Even the ability to rent the space online before going there was very easy and clear.",
