"text": "I’ve had a decent amount of experience renting storage units from multiple companies both personally and for work, and this is the best one by a long shot. Extra Space does things better! Jean was incredibly helpful and kind during my move in, the facility is very clean unlike others I’ve experienced, and my unit was exactly as described and perfect for my needs. The large carts at the front for transporting items in and out are a great touch! I would highly recommend this facility over any others in the area.",

"text": "We have stored at this facility for a number of years through various owners. This is the third time we have stored here with Extra Space. Jean was absolutely fabulous to deal with! This facility is always clean and climate controlled and safe. This time we transferred our space that we booked through Susie who was fantastic to deal with as well. We worked with Jean to transfer to a smaller unit as we removed many items from our larger unit. Jean made the transfer very easy and we were able to move our items within minutes. We have worked with many employees over the years starting with Rene who moved to another Extra Space location. Rene was outstanding as well. Recently, Jean just added to our overall satisfaction with this Extra Space facility and we HIGHLY recommend this facility to everyone...thanks, Jean!\nRich and Michelle Catellier :)",

Parking does lack a little and can be a little tricky if you have a bigger Uhaul or truck. But overall, cheap prices, and they provide you with a lock for the unit! Highly recommend",

There’s only like three parking spaces for that huge building.\nOther than the parking, the people working there have been great and the facility extremely well taken care of. We’re using another Extra Space storage in our new city. That says a lot!",

"text": "Set up storage contract online with great ease. The Manager took the time to call in advance of my first visit to welcome me to Extra Space Storage. I went to the facility an hour later and the unit was ready with a new lock waiting for me. The cleanliness and climate control is first rate. Security is clearly a priority having the front door lock behind me after every use. I honestly look forward to the opportunities to deliver items to our storage unit.\n\nNow, having completed 14 months of storage and loaded all my belongings without issue, I can assure potential renters of space that the first-rate facility and service was absolutely consistent and if it is possible to look forward to using a storage facility this is the one to create that vibe. Thank you Extra Space Storage!!",

"text": "I have had this storage unit for 15+ years. It sits high above the Indian River so no fear of flooding during a hurricane. It is climate control as I had precious photos, books, electronics, and a piano. I just close out the unit, giving many items away and shipping many family photos and and other items to my current home in the state of Washington.\n\nIt took me 6 weeks to go through all the items. During the moving out process, the staff at this Rockledge facility was outstanding in supporting me.\n\nEspecially Susy was extremely helpful in making my move less stressful, and accommodating my needs as they unfolded.\n\nThanks for everything and providing great service.",

We of course were a bit apprehensive because of our previous experience with a place called Public Storage; which over a period of over two years, they kept jacking up the price at Public Storage; so we decided to find an alternative. We could not have been more please when we discovered Extra Space Storage. First off, Jennifer was an absolutely wonderfull manager!!! She was patience and understanding. She was very personalable, professional, and made us feel so very welcome. She was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our question and concerns. Jennifer and staff was one of the deciding factors of why we chose to move are belongings there. She indeed went above and beyond for us each and every time. We know the difference between good professional customer service and poor customer service, which seems to be the norm in this day and age. Jenifer and staff are indeed an asset to the company. She is a perfect example and standard of what outstanding customer service should be. We are very pleased and happy with our 10x10 Storage. THANK YOU once again Jenifer!!!",

I received a call but was unale to take it & forgot to call back. Four days later & four days after due he called again. Took my new card info very politely.",

Wasn’t sure what size unit we needed, he happily gave us a tour of both available sizes before signing any agreement.\n\nThis is my second unit with ESS. The security is second to none. Not too mentioned every unit is climate controlled. You may find slightly lower prices at another business, but the piece of mind knowing our stuff is secured and lock checked daily is worth any price. Highly recommend ESS to anyone looking for short term or long term storage.",

I had an extremely difficult legal issue I needed to resolve and the Extra Space Storage employee went out of her way to help me resolve the issue. Irza took the time to hear me out and answered all my questions. She ensured that I was satisfied with the information she was providing. Her orientation was flawless: regarding facilities, rates, hours, packaging materials available. Gave us a tour of the facilities; showed us the difference between units and sizes. Became acquainted with our needs; made effective recommendations based on those needs. We told her this was the first stop at storage facilities' hunting, but because of her solid information, orientation, honesty and charisma, we decided to take the unit ahe showed us. "text": "My experience with the Rockledge facility was beyond exceptional. Renee was FABULOUS!! Always very courteous, helpful and so friendly. The facility is kept 100% clean and organized. Unfortunately I was being transferred to South Florida and I questioned her about a facility in the location I was moving to and Renee, without hesitation, contacted the nearest facility to where I was headed and booked a unit for my needs saving me time and even saved me money. Like I stated above…..she is FABULOUS!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Renee ❤️",

"text": "Our family rented three storage units over the last year and a half. We were at our units numerous times during that period. The facility was always well kept and the unit temperatures cool. We are especially thankful we had many opportunities to deal with the property manager Rene Archer at the Viera site (#7662). Our family cannot say enough about her as a manager, how helpful she and courteous was on all of out visits to the units. We have used multiple storage units over a long period of time and have never come across someone like. We will actually miss seeing her now that we have moved our possessions into a new home. Thanks Rene, for everything.",

"text": "Pretty good storage place! It's clean and well maintained!! 2 reasons I didn't offer 5 Stars. 1. More carts are needed. I think there's only 2 or 3 available. A couple times, they were all in use. And 2. Limited parking. There's only 4 parking spots, plus 2 handicap spots. Also, you can't prop the door open for very long, without a blaring security is alarm that sounds off!! That's a bit frustrating, but I'm not docking for that, since I do appreciate the added element of security!",
