The door is easy to raise (unlike some lockers in older facilities) and the whole place seems new and very well-maintained.\n\nAlso, friendly staff! Pete, who helped us with finding the right sized locker for our stuff and setting up our account was super helpful!! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would definitely recommend!",

My two boys and I and a friend were unloading the moving truck and he brought us some cold waters on a hot day. Worked with me needing an extra unit at the last minute as well. Made the process very easy and pain free my unit ended up being cheaper than expected which is soo nice! He took me and showed me the unit and it was clean and nice he keeps the place up VERY well it gives s sense of safety knowing that our home basically is somewhere safe, sand clean also! They also take care of pest control is a big deal for me knowing I’m not going to have an Infested couch or bed when we move into our new home. I’ve never seen before in any storage unit I’ve had. The entire site and units are spotless and well kept, he has fantastic customer service skills and is quick and efficient in any interaction I've had with him. I love the service at this place so much I'm renting an additional unit. Storage Star certainly scored when they hired him.",

Pete was friendly and very helpful and was able to get me a unit the same day. It made it a very quick and easy process much easier than other storage facilities I've used in the past.",

"text": "I moved back to Utah from Wyoming, unexpectedly, and needed a place to store my belongings until I could find a place to live. I wasn’t sure where I was going to end up, so I looked out in Grantsville, where my only family is living at this time. I found Store Star online and was pleased to find affordable storage in climate controlled units. I reserved the storage unit I needed and received a call from Pete from Storage Star soon after to confirm when I would be there and make sure I had what I needed. I let him know that I was driving from Wyoming to Utah and am basically homeless at the moment, so I needed enough room for everything I own. The night I got into town it was too late for me to check in to get the unit, but he called me to let me know he had a smaller unit next to the one I had already reserved, just in case I needed more space for all of my stuff. I was so appreciative that he thought of this for me, and in the end I did end up needing the extra space, for now. He was very helpful and so kind. Thank you for everything!!!!",

I recently got all my mom and dads old stuff out of a storage unit there and we were on the last day and I forgot the broom and it was closing so i was hoping i could go back and sweep out today but after calling them up in the morning to go sweep out the unit he said it was all good and were ok that he would do it, I've rented alot of storage units and never had one say that to me so very kind! Definitely recommend and we will go back for all our storage needs!!",

"text": "\"Amazing\", that's the best way I can describe the service we received from Peter of Storage Star. My family and I are in the process of moving to Utah. We needed a safe place to store our toys as well as our house-hold stuff. We knew we needed at least a 10x30 space, but at the time Storage Star did not have one available. I gave my name and number and waited. A few days later I received a call from Storage Star. Peter was able to get us the unit we needed. Upon our arrival to Grantsville, Peter worked efficiently to get our contract ready. He explained everything to us in detail. We filled up the storage unit very quickly and then realized we needed another storage unit. It was past closing time, but Peter stayed late to get us another storage unit. I really don't think anyone else would have stayed late after all it was a Friday night. He also went out of his way to make sure all three units we are currently renting are close to each other. We are returning again next week to rent another storage unit. My family and I are truly thankful for the amazing customer service we are receiving from Peter of Storage star. We intend to store our toys there for as long as possible.",

"text": "We have had several units here while we were awaiting a home to be built. We've continued to keep one of the medium sized units. This place is CLEAN!! We have been so happy to have our belongings in such a safe place. Easy access, the indoor units (ours is 12' by 20\" I think) have wide hallways which made hauling beds, sofas, headboards, gym equipment, etc. so much easier than you'd think. Haven't had one problem here. Dry and steady temperature. Just what you want in a storage unit.",

"text": "Very professional and accommodating! The family who owns & runs this place is so amazing and fun! I would recommend this facility to anyone. Gated entrance, security cameras, new facility very well maintained didnt have to worry about rodents or bugs and cant imagine anyone would ever attempt to break in-all 3 were actual problems Ive had at another local company. Had several units here over the last few years for my own things and my mothers couldn't possibly give a higher recommendation.",

"text": "Fantastic! I had an amazing experience at Independence Self Storage. Arrived early a few minutes before opening and the manager opened his doors 10 minutes early. He was friendly fast and efficient. The truck I was renting had come in from California and had splattered a million bugs. He took extra time clean my windows and make sure that I had a great experience. Highly recommended.",
