By the time we got into town, the office was closed and was not to open until Monday August 18th. However, after making a call to a CSR agent, the manager (Mark Watson) drove from Cheyenne - Laramie on Sunday morning August 17th and informed us that our lock, noticed by their security check, had not been attached correctly, so the door to our unit was opened a little at the bottom which could have the probability of someone getting into our unit and taking our stuff. So they spent a great deal of time and effort to remove the entire bracket, along with our lock, and attach a new one to keep our belongings safe. I was absolutely speechless to the extent that was taken to make sure everything we had was kept safe and our personal lock was returned. I haven't experienced this type of customer service in a very long time. What an incredible manager and team. We will definitely use this company in the future, without hesitation, for any and all storage needs in the future.
