"text": "I had this storage unit for almost 2 years. In that time, the staff were incredibly pleasant. When i was moving out, my unit door wouldnt open. Tom was able to help me get the door open, and was very helpful throughout my move-out process. Highly recommend!",

The only thing I was a little upset about is there was nothing on the website when I booked the storage unit that said anything about being required to have insurance on the items in the unit and the extra expense was sprung on me when we checked in.",

Wish they had a lock description at the time of rental as opposed to stating it is unique and charging a bunch for one. First time access was smooth and the lock plastic was precut for me within the unit which was a nice touch. Unit was clean as well.\n\nUpdate: Amazing staff and very reasonable upon vacating. My unit payment came out a couple days before I emptied my unit and they called me without my asking to let me know they refunded my payment. That is just amazing, great business and folks! My unit was dry and cool the entire time, roadway access outdoor unit with climate control. My belongings (especially the fabric, mattresses and furniture came out smelling just as clean as when they went in. We had a lot of 100 degree with oppressive humidity days. 10/10",

I don't love that the Extra Space brand really hounds you for reviews. Well here's a review! Be sure to book online as their rates are much cheaper than if you go into the front desk, again, another tactic I don't love from the parent company. But the people who actually work there are wonderful.",
