Moving in/out was easy. I contacted the office, and they provided me with the lock code, based on the size you need. You are allowed to see diff units and locations within the property. You set up payments and electronically sign your contract—that's all. Take pictures of the empty storage unit when you move out and upload them as proof. The place is clean and secure. The only downside is that you're subject to unit increases every 3 or 6 months. They notify you within 30 days so you have time to decide. Looked at several units. One inside and one outside with climate control plus an outside access one that was 10x25 and perfect for my needs.  The staff was great to work with and made the whole process a snap.  Highly recommend this facility!  I worked with several phone people prior to renting.  Denise helped me remote open 3 units which I was able to review and then when I made my decision a few days later, Jermaine walked me through the lease signing process and even stayed late to answer a few questions, making the final process very easy.
