That's a complete lie. I tried to get a unit around 9:30pm, and showed up with my pick-up truck loaded. The app was super slow, and it sent me a unit number and instructions for removing a lock on the unit, but It never sent me a gate code to get access to the yard. I called the number that they claimed was 24/7 and only got a recording saying, \"Call back during normal business hours, or visit their website,\" which I was already doing. Their chat feature kept referring to the same resources and kept apologizing and saying someone would get back to me in a moment. Why lie to customer's instead of just being honest with them? I wouldn't have wasted my efforts and time had the company just been honest in the first place. My wife used this place before, so I was ready to give it a 5 star due to the price, momentary discount, and 24hr access, but I hate being lied to, especially when it is that inconvenient. It's unprofessional, inconsiderate, and I had already paid my money. On top of it all, it poured down raining over that night, so all of my stuff got rained on to add a cherry on the top of it all. Besides that, they could do a better job with the maintenance and upkeeping in the yard. Weeds are growing out of the gutters.  Objects that people who probably moved out left behind sit in piles for weeks. However,  my things have a place to stay, they stay dry, and it's never a lot of activity when I'm there.
