Theres a new manager that pops up in the middle of the night doing security sweeps, they installed new gates, and even added new cameras that have all been installed since he took over. He gave my husband his card if we needed anything, and was even there on his vacation doing landscaping this past weekend. We texted him at 11pm when we forgot our lock code and he answered in 5 minutes!\nThe care for the place has definitely turned around. They can’t control whats happening outside of the property in Madison, but they are doing everything they can to control whats inside. I havent seen a homeless person in weeks since the security sweeps started. I believe his name is Marcus or Mark. I was onsite at the same time as the owners and they are trying really hard. I have seen the issues- and they are really trying to clean up the location but the camp next door doesn't help- especially as it gets cold. I will definitely support them and their efforts to get this cleaned up!
