I was able to take a look at the parking spot we will be renting before committing. While I was there, the maintenance gentleman happened to be working. He was very friendly and helped me find just the right spot. The reservation was very easy and the person that helped me with the rental on the phone was very helpful and even called me back to follow up when I was not able to complete my transaction because I was driving. He did not have the unit size we were looking for but discounted a larger unit for us. We used the unit for a couple months in between moving houses. It was easy to get a hold of the owner if we had any questions or concerns. When we had a moving trailer come pick up our stuff, Brian  gave us permission to have the trailer right next to the unit to avoid a long walk for loading. Couldn’t have asked for a better storage experience.
