He made leasing my unit a pleasant experience.\n\nLast year's review (above) is updated after another excellent experience (14 months later) with a staff member at StorSafe of Wildwood.  I had a number of phone conversations with Ravi (I believe that's the correct spelling) after some billing issues.  He stayed with me and resolved all the issues well. Having said that, my experience with StorSafe of Wildwood has by far been the best experience.  Their online rental process was super easy and the facility access was seamless.  The storage unit is awesome because there is no metal caging for a ceiling like you find in Public Storage units -- it extends about 15 feet high. We bought it in South Florida and we were fortunate enough to find the most amazing place to trust it to be safe and looked after while we are away. Angie helped me with discounts I was eligible for, all the equipment needed for safe transfer of my property into the unit was readily available. I also learned Safe Stor has a moving van that can be rented, only cost was mileage and fuel. Super happy with the experience today.\n\nUpdate: today 11/29, I moved out of the units I had rented for over a year. The moveout was due to my relocation to another area, not because of any issues with my units. I hadn't notified StorSafe of the moveout and intended to call the customer service line as soon as I got home.  However, I received an email with move-out receipt before I got home. Additionally, during my rental time with StorSafe in Wildwood, the area had a Tropical Storm and Two major hurricanes. I was able to reach out to the property manager directly, who was already on site and get an update of whether any flooding or water intrusion had occurred (of the place was high and dry), I was very sad to learn the company had gone automated with no manager on site, as their on site manager was exceptional. The facility is kept clean and looking good and I really like having the areas gated.
