I feel good about it's location on Bird and Willow rather than getting a storage unit on the other side of 87 (I don't feel as safe there). The storage units are clean and the staff is fantastic! And once again, my long time card expired, and about a week later they've charged $70 in fees and said the property is under lien, and now won't return my calls and emails. It's OUTRAGEOUS. They have zero customer service. I have been there for ages, paid a ridiculous sum of money to them, and they can't even wait for me to get a replacement card.
