The site is convenient; pathways and units are clean. Kristi was helpful and quick in replying.\\nThey do require insurance and my renter's insurance covered it. Staff is always friendly and attentive, if I forgot to make a payment they where on top of sending reminders (they do not have auto payment which can be inconvenient if you have lots of bills) however the payment portal is easy to use & instantly updates the system which I love.
