We left because we had a lot of items stolen out right of our unit. They just unscrewed the chicken wire that covered the top of our unit. Reported it to Raneisha and showed her the area where the chicken wire was left unscrewed and still liftable. Raneisha had the nerve to accuse us of removing our own things. Absolutely no accountability whatsoever.\\n\\nThere is no coded gate. The doors were frequently broken, so anyone could walk in, then just block the door from fully closing with the rodent traps that the facility placed right next to the doors. Flooding was a frequent issue and water staining was evident. They put these fabric covered cylinder sandbags in front of some units. Not sure if it's to absorb water. Every years tries to slip in insurance shares without notifying. I finally canceled and got my stuff out of the unit and they still charged me. I gave them 2 months notice I was leaving. I was out early. Like always, nobody will return calls or emails. So I had to report them to BBB and Colombia Self Storage management. Now trying to cancel with my CC company. Just a mess, don't use them. I've been a customer for 3 years and our unit has flooded twice. Once in Sept 2021 and currently in Jan 2024. No accountability from the facility\\/company. Knowing that the place is prone to flooding, they have done nothing to warn prospective or current customers. It's you holding the bag (or wet cardboard)! For what it's worth, the staff here is very friendly and willing to help out. It sounds like it's mainly contracting issues prolonging the leaks.\\n\\nHowever, as a place to store valuables, this one fails. We double wrapped mostly everything in plastic and used tarps as a covering incase something like this happened. If we didn't, we probably would've lost over $10000 worth of stuff. This place only pays up to $1000 in damages. We saw someone carting everything from his unit into a dumpster after it was destroyed by the water. A response by the owner to an earlier review said the leaks would be fixed June of last year. That was 7 months ago.\\n\\nIf you have anything valuable and\\/or remotely sensitive to moisture stored here, GET IT OUT NOW.
