recently left this storage space because it became more and more disappointing. Over a two year period, the rent on our space increased by 74%!  Additionally, the property began to feel very unsafe. The security gates are routinely broken,  and just hanging up in the air often for weeks or months, giving open, unfettered access to anybody who can simply walk in or drive onto the property. This is very concerning. Especially when you consider that this location is only a few hundred feet away from a major highway. Anyone with an outdoor garage type door could be accosted at any time by someone with nefarious intentions. And the interior space could easily be accessed, by somebody simply walking in behind someone else. Plus, the doors to the interior of the building are often left propped open - more invitation to anyone off the street to harm anyone there. I have taken my concerns to the management on more than one occasion, and I'm simply told that the gates are broken. We have also frequently witnessed major automotive repairs being done inside and outside the exterior storage spaces on Sundays. I've been here a few years and have had two units. The place is clean for the most part. It's definitely cleaner than a few of its competitors in the area. People unfortunately make the mess, and until the staff is onsite, that's when clean up begins, so they've always maintained well. They offer a customer bathroom, which most places do not. I only gave a fair review because I did have one unit invaded by mice. The prices fluctuate yearly in small increments which I thought was fair. I only moved out because I don't live in the area anymore. I wouldn't hesitate to rent here in the future. He was rude on the phone and told me we could have avoided this if we had done the lease remotely. I had no choice but to move forward, as planned, in good faith. I arrived at the facility right around closing time and the office was locked and the lights were off. This company does not care about their customers enough to be accommodating within a few minutes of closing and, in no way, offered a solution or any kind of help. The dishonesty and refusal to refund our processing fee so we can go elsewhere led us to Colombia Storage.  We dealt with Drew, who was extremely professional and has integrity; he addressed all of our questions\\/ concerns and made a very stressful move very easy for us.  He helped us select a spot that was so easily accessible.  The facility is new, so it is very clean, lit up, spaces are wide, and you can access the units 24\\/7 with a code, unlike other storages.  I would highly recommend this business as we have done significant research by calling around and reading reviews and thankfully found this facility.
