He is very helpful and respectful. And when I first got my storage he was managing and cleaning the place by himself. Now I see he finally has help and you can see he is totally happy about it. Love their prices and now there is security cameras which makes it feel alot more safe to have my belongings there. Place is clean and I've noticed one side of place is lit up and the other side is not. I thought My stuff would be safe there I went in every week and everything was fine last Thursday and find out that they broke into my storage and stole nearly half of what I owned when I let the manager know he didn't seem to really care and he wasn't surprised that It was gone I told him that I wanted a different room because I didn't feel safe there anymore and he said this is not a safe facility if you want a safer place you can go to the storage down the road. If he knew it wasn't safe why wouldn't he be letting people know still waiting to see if I'm going to get reimbursed for the stuff that's missing some are memories that I can't replace and it's really devastating that something like this could happen when you're paying them money to keep your stuff safe. Don't go here. A couple of the light bulbs inside the isle-ways of the indoor storage units are burnt out but the place is clean and secure. There are many cameras placed throughout the facility and the security gate is watched like a hawk to keep unwanted people
