Getting my unit was so fast and simple and Stacy helped me with everything. Over the course of 3 years I have, objectively, been what most businesses would consider a \\u201crisky customer\\u201d. The amount of times I had to call and tell Stacy I would be late is too many times to count. There have been many times where I had to pay two months of storage at once due to being behind on my bills. It felt like every month I was calling, which sometimes I was. Now sure, I was proactive in these calls and made them as soon as I was aware I would be behind, but either way I was still calling and being late. Every time I had to call I was prepared to be told I needed to empty my unit and move on due to being behind so often. Not once did I get told that. Stacy met me where I was at, she was understanding, she was kind, she was compassionate, and she never once made me feel worse than I already did. 3 years is a long time to deal with someone who was in my shoes, but Stacy did. A storage unit may not seem like a big deal to most people, which it\\u2019s not to most. But for people like me that didn\\u2019t have more than a bedroom to store your most important possessions, a storage unit is a godsend. I couldn\\u2019t have asked for a better place to have a storage unit. Without Stacy, I would have lost every single keepsake\\/childhood memorabilia I own. The owner is irresponsible, when I finally was able to get service after over an hour, the key was not in the truck. Collin was not concerned at all and his inadequate \\u201cweekend employee\\u201d finally arrived after 30 minutes to retrieve the key from the drop box, not the lock box on the truck. Collin, the manager, was great to work with. He helped arrange things so we wouldn't have to pay for another month for a second storage shed when we consolidated into a larger shed. He was flexible when things went wrong and the truck keys were returned after hours by the moving helpers before we had gassed and swept the truck and allowed us to come in the next morning to take care of it. Really just went out of his way to provide great customer service and make things run smoothly during an otherwise busy and stressful time during a move and saved us time and money. The owner sent us a copy of the fine print of our agreement that states that they are not responsible for rodent infestation.
