Moving in\\/out was easy. I contacted the office, and they provided me with the lock code, based on the size you need. You are allowed to see diff units and locations within the property. You set up payments and electronically sign your contract\\u2014that's all. Take pictures of the empty storage unit when you move out and upload them as proof. The place is clean and secure. The only downside is that you're subject to unit increases every 3 or 6 months. They notify you within 30 days so you have time to decide. That has been the last thing that has gone right. Showed up and was unable to find my unit. There is no staff on-site, you can call a number or talk to a screen, either way you wait on hold. Turns out I was rented a unit that had not been built yet. Was able to get moved to a new unit and was given a code to the lock, which did not work. Finally got a unit with a lock I could remove and over an hour after I showed up I could start loading the unit.\\n\\nWent back to get my stuff and was locked out. After helping them troubleshoot their system, again no humans there but me, it was determined their system was down and I was just out of luck. They could not send someone with a key or give me an ETA on when they might be back up. Went back the next day and was able to get my stuff out. Tried to cancel and that is not easy like signing up, had to jump through some hoops to be told it takes 10 days to cancel so I would be billed another month. Got a confirmation e-mail for the move out date.\\n\\nNow, over a month later I am still getting billed. My Mazda CX-90 (2024) with only 5,600 miles has not had any issues, which is expected being nearly brand new.\\nI only drove a few miles and turned around and went back to let the two guys that did the install know that I now have a malfunction indicator showing.\\nThe manager that I talked to yesterday read out the OBD codes and saw that it had a couple different codes showing. These codes are related to the exact area where the guys were working when installing the hitch. He (the manager ) cleared the codes and as I was driving away the engine malfunction came back on.\\nI went back today and unfortunately was only able to talk to Jay. I asked him if he would pull my vehicle back on his rack to get a good look underneath to see if he was able to see anything obvious. Looked at several units. One inside and one outside with climate control plus an outside access one that was 10x25 and perfect for my needs. Denise helped me remote open 3 units which I was able to review and then when I made my decision a few days later, Jermaine walked me through the lease signing process and even stayed late to answer a few questions, making the final process very easy. I was told the info is right, but it wouldn't open, even after resetting it. Took forever to get text back with lock codes to start with. Doors were painted shut. You could see daylight through the climate controlled unit wall corners (not properly sealed off). THEN after an hour to just attempt to look at 4 units, I was locked INSIDE the property! The code was working, but the unit wasn't talking to the gate to open. The person I was texting only suggested I \\\"move closer\\\" to the gate that is NOT motion\\/ proximity activated. Took forever for her to message me knowing I was stuck. There was no way to even walk out. Someone finally drove up and he entered the code on the outside keypad and I was able to leave. I told him what had happened and he decided not to rent there either.\\nToo many negatives for the business. Nothing had to do with the fact they are still under construction on new buildings.
