The invoice doesn't have an account number or banking info so payments can't be done from the persons bank, that's a problem. Phone call.\\n\\nWhen the person on the phone says they can set up auto pay as a bank withdrawal but the customer can't do that themselves on the website, that's a problem.\\n\\nThe folks on the phone were generally nice but hearing, I'll get IT to fix the contract, that shouldn't happen, and I've heard about that error message before, it's a clear indication that the tech\\/coding isn't working.\\n\\nHaving IT peeps review and fix bugs never works. Best way to debug this stuff is to have someone act like a customer, reserve a unit and use all parts of the website. All the bugs will be found.\\n\\nYou asked.
